Partner Terms

Please read our Partner terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Partner Terms”) carefully before using the https://www.holidayers.com website (the “Service”, “Site”, “Website”) operated by Kerved Ltd trading as Holidayers.com (“Holidayers”, “us”, “we” or “our”). By continuing to use the site, you (“Holidayers partner”, “partner”, “website user”, “user”, “users”, “your”, “you”) agree to accept and comply by the following partner terms and conditions. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you disagree with any part of our terms, you may not use our service.

These partner terms and conditions should be read in conjunction of our General Terms and Conditions.

 

Overview

Holidayers.com is a travel resource, promoting deals, discounts and advice for an international audience. We work with travel experts, including bloggers and vloggers, who can contribute and promote the site, in return for a profit share and exposure.

This is a binding contract. By registering as a partner, you agree to be bound by the Partner Terms and Conditions, which constitutes a binding contract between Holidayers.com and you. You also agree to the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any periodic or promotion terms which may be used by Holidayers.

Holidayers Partners

A partner can be any blogger, vlogger or website owner that has an active audience and wants to take part in the program. Partners are expected to contribute and promote the site, and in return they will receive a profit share and we will work increasing exposure and recognition.

Partners will receive an equal profit share of 50% of the affiliate-generated monetary profit of the Site divided amongst all partners signed up and active throughout the financial year period for which the profits are calculated. A pro rata basis may used to calculate profit-share for partners who sign up later than 4 months of the start of each financial year.

Payments will be calculated and made annually, at the end of each financial year.

Registering as a Partner

To register as a partner with Holidayers, a person authorised to act on behalf of the blog, website or vlog (“authorised representative”) may complete our registration form. The authorised representative must be aged over 16.

Information provided about a partner must be true, accurate and up to date.

Partners must have an active PayPal account. Partners are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct and up to date, and Holidayers is not responsible for errors caused as a result of holding the incorrect details.

Partners are responsible for informing us of any changes. These changes include a change to the authorised representative, address, website, phone number, etc.

The authorised representative is responsible for ensuring all log in information is kept secure and safe at all times, and prevent unauthorised access to the site.

Holidayers is under no obligation to accept a partner application. Applications may be rejected at our sole discretion. We will inform you of the outcome of your application.

Affiliates

We endeavour to work with travel providers, retailers, and affiliates who are reputable and trusted. Holidayers is not liable for any actions, damage or loss as a result of affiliates and third-parties.

Payments

Payments to partners will be made annually. Holidayers reserves the right to withhold or deduct a payment if the actions of a partner is found to be fraudulent or in breach of our terms.

Closing, terminating or suspending an account

If you wish to close your partner account, simply contact Holidayers at any time via info@holidayers.com. We endeavour to close all accounts within 2 weeks of receipt of your email requesting closure.

An account may be suspended, at our sole discretion, without liability, if in our opinion a partner has breached the terms or acted in manner that we deem unacceptable.

Holidayers reserves the right to terminate a partner, without liability, if any terms are breached. Partners will forfeit their right to annual payments if terminated.

Communication

By signing up to become a partner, you permit us to send you communications relevant to the your account, requirements of partners and general information that is relevant to you.
